TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms
and conditions.
- No Employees or immediate family are eligible to enter.
- The promotion consists of 10 monthly cash draws and 1 major
cash draw as outlined below

- This is a competition of chance, with entry forms provided with
a confirmed booking.
- Entries commence 1st February 2007.
- All entries close the 30th November 2007. Monthly prizes are
drawn by barrel at 12.00pm as per the draw schedule at 1/55 Links
Ave. Eagle Farm QLD 4009.
- Winner of each Prize will be notified within 24 hours of the
draw and all winners will be advertised in The Australian newspaper
on the 23rd December 2006 and notified by mail. Unclaimed prizes
3 months after the draw will be redrawn.
- The promoter shall conduct further draws as may be deemed necessary
at Jumping J-Jays 1/55Links Avenue North, Eagle Farm, QLD, 4009
on Thursday 16th January, 2007 at 11:00 (AEST) to distribute any
prizes unclaimed by that date, subject to State Regulation and
published in The Australian newspaper on January 27th, 2007.
- Only fully completed entry forms will be accepted.
- Judges decision is final.
- No responsibility will be accepted for late or misdirected entry
forms.
- If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be
awarded to their parent or legal guardian
- The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspects of the competition
is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence
will be entered into
- Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from
their prize winning and they should seek independent financial
advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
- The winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s
for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation,
and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images
and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
- The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify
any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached
any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper
misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct
of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages
or other compensation from such an offender are reserved
- All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries
will be entered into a database and the promoter may use the entrants'
names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without
notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised
by the entrant.
