Jumping J-Jays is a part time business in the children's entertainment market. As an owner you will be setting up back yard inflatable castles mainlyon Saturday and Sunday. Generally, you will set up in the morning and after a few hours back at home you will return to pick up your castles.
Deliveries - Mainly 2 days a week
Each delivery takes around 20 minutes. Your morning starts loading your trailer or van with the day's deliveries. You will have coordinated your route the evening before by reviewing your bookings on the Jumping J-Jays secure intranet.
An average of 5-6 deliveries will take approximately 3 hours in the morning and again the same to pick them up.
Franchisees who run this as their main source of income install castles and promote their business midweek with outstanding results.
An exclusive territory will be yours to service with 12 castles (typical franchise) of around 20 themes to start with. One sub contractor installer may be needed to help you with deliveries and service in busy periods.
When there is the prospect of rain we will use the castles rain cover that is provided to the customer free of charge.
As your business grows and you increase your stock of castles you may step back from installations and work the business as a manager.

The bookwork side of things takes approximately 3 to 4 hours per week. This is made very easy with a fully functional intranet system.
Marketing - Average 1 day per week
We have produced specific marketing material to enable franchisees to go and promote their business into the local market. We will provide you with specific magnets, posters and brochures to promote our local incentives and to gain better penetration into your local community. The cost of this material is built into your advertising fee, so the only cost to you is your time and energy.

Our expectation is that each franchisee will spend a minimum of one day a week completing their local area marketing program. Franchisees spending two days are experiencing unprecedented growth.
